About
I make photographs about staying still and looking longer.
I am a photographer based in Lisbon, working primarily in long-form editorial and quiet documentary. My work has appeared in The New York Times Magazine, Cereal, Aperture, and Kinfolk, and has been exhibited in Lisbon, Berlin, and Tokyo.
Before photography, I studied architecture in Milan. I bring that training to the work — an interest in light, material, and the intervals between things. I work mostly on medium format film, mostly at the edges of the day, and mostly alone.
I’m available for editorial assignments, quiet brand commissions, and select personal portraits. I respond to all considered enquiries within a week.
